This tool is used to Fix the shock absorber in the vise / Apply torque at the Y interface (Yoke) to the tube (Body) using the Eyelet Touch Tool / Test the shock absorber in the Shocktester Session or any one that uses 1/2" (half inch - 12.70mm) standard.
