ABEC 5 steel ball bearing with an inner diameter of 20mm, an outer diameter of 32mm, a thickness of 7mm and LBLU sealing. ABEC-5 The Tripeak ABEC5 line is the first important UP in relation to the most used bearings on the market. It has a double-fit silicone seal to keep the grease in good condition for longer and prevent contaminants from entering the bearing, such as dust, clay, sand, etc. It uses high-precision balls on a scale of 5/1,000,000 and a high degree of durability R-64, which are normally found in high-precision equipment and for military use. The internal retainers (cages) are made of nylon/graphite or the new 1022 steel (it depends on the bearing and its use) serving well the new thru-axles or the asymmetric forces of the disc brake. The grease used is German and has shown efficient results in any weather and terrain, improving protection against water, dirt, mud and sand over long periods.
